The first insights Google collected from their research on Mobile Shoppers behaviour in KSA is that the usage of either mobile app or mobile site depends on where the customer is in their purchase journey.
A customer in the discovery phase is more likely to prefer mobile sites over mobile app when a customer wanting to make a purchase will use a mobile app.
